I've eaten here twice now and really enjoyed everything about it. It was everything I thought a Michelin star should be about - attention to detail, well presented , innovative and delicious food.
The restaurant works (presumably because it is tiny!) on a single sitting and a fairly small - but frequently changed menu. That means the staff and food is focussed and well practiced. What is most impressive is that the owners have not gone profiteering on their Michelin status. I can't remember exactly but a glass of Coke is only about £1 and coffee and petit four is someting like £3 (the latter are delicious!).
I absolutely welcome the owners approach and look forward to eating with them again soon.
