When looking at facilities available, under Amenities, if you saw WiFi you may assume this is for the accommodation where you are staying. However it is only available in the Café and therefore subject to opening hours and really is not convenient.
Combine this with a very poor telephone signal (using BT network) and if you are into Facebook updates, keeping in touch etc. is a challenge.
Accommodation was good, although not able to park by your accommodation but some 200 metres away is somewhat irksome.
What was good was being so close to my favourite beach at Puckpool with easy access to the beach and café and toilets close by.
Really enjoyed our say , accommodation excellent and staff really friendly. Really hard to find fault except hopefully they could sort wifi out. Cottages in excellent condition . Ideal base for touring the Isle of Wight.
We had a traditional 'bucket and spade' holiday accommodating four generations of the family - the youngest 4 years and the oldest 80 (birthday whilst we were staying). Well appointed four bedroom house, quiet location, friendly service and close to the beach with easy access to other attractions and amenities.

We stayed for the first week of our holiday this year in a 4 bed property in Salterns holiday park in Seaview. The property was well equipped, very clean and accommodating...a home from home really. The staff were friendly and always helpful. There is a cafe on the site which provides great breakfasts as well as snacks at certain times throughout the day.
The location was brilliant...we took dogs with us and we're able to walk them in woods near the site but also take them to the beach....5 minutes walk from the house.
Our children never really tired of the beach but for a change we also cycled along the sea road to Ryde for arcades, crazy golf and much more.
The house easily coped with 8 people as it was so spacious and the children were safe on the park to go off and play football or get drinks from the cafe. An all round great week....we will be back for more relaxation and holiday fun.
This is the third year we've stayed at the Salterns - we just love Seaview and the Isle of Wight! This 4-bed cottages accommodated our large family in style. It's nicely refurnished with a modern feel without making you overly worrying about breaking something. Lack of wi-fi forced our teenagers to communicate or take a stroll to the newly refurbished cafe - a winner either way. Sun, sea, beaches and barbeques - what more could you want?

I don't usually write reviews but feel I must. The service I received from all the staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and extremely patience when our plans changed various times!
The cottage we stayed in was clean with everything we needed.
The site was great too although some of our party had difficulty finding it in the dark. But we will definitely be going back next year!
The cottage was spacious and clean and was in lovely surroundings. The only drawback was there was no wifi in the cottage, but only join the cafe - however it didn't spoil the holiday!!
