such a beautiful setting with lots of different wildlife to see . The wildlife are abundant with ducks geese and other species of animals. The attraction is perfect for all ages as the setting is open but not too spaced apart to see all and not to tiring to walk all around. Not widely advertised so its lovely to find an attraction like this that is not too over crowded to enjoy. Buy the duck food and feed the very friendly geese. They will happily follow you around for the last morsal.

Previously known just as Flamingo Park, this attraction is my all time favourite on the Isle of Wight. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on the gate and inside the Park. Not a huge place but plenty to see and can take all day if you wish. There is a pleasant restaurant to have lunch and tea with an attached gift shop. Birds a plenty and the shop sells bird food. Benches around the lake to rest and listen to the cacophony of bird sounds. Parrots, flamingos, ducks and penguins and in contrast there are Wallabies who cross beside you in an open enclosure. The only downside is that it is not very wheelchair friendly as the paths down to the lake are gravel. A very relaxing place to visit. Please go and support them when you next visit the Island.

We had a wonderful day at Seaview - made all the more fun as my son was treated to a junior wildlife experience as a late birthday present. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. It's a wonderful site, with lots to see, a nice cafe and pleasant surroundings. There were regular keeper talks during the day and the wallabies were more than happy to hope over to say hello. The only sticking point was that despite several flat bits, there were also several very steep bits and the paths had pebble chipping on them meaning wheelchair wheels got stuck! I'm sure it's similar for people with pushchairs. We had to give the very bottom enclosures a miss as there was no way I could push a wheelchair back up a gravel path that steep. Very impressive new hot house, too!

It's the only word that can describe this place.

We arrived 10 minutes before the park officially opened, but the cheerful lady on the entrance desk was more than happy to let us into the park. Having paid up, we also bought a bag of duck feed each and we were soon very pleased that we did because ready and waiting for us were hundreds of ducks that we could see through the gate entrance!

We love ducks and completely fell in love with the experience of being surrounded by tame, friendly ducks eating the seeds that we were throwing them, with lots of laughter - a truly incredible experience.

The park is quite big and has many birds, reptiles, fish, penguins, wallabies and alpacas to see. We didn't use the cafe so can't comment on this, but the toilet facilities were clean and the penguin show is great for all ages, with the guide being well-educated and chirpy!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, lasting around 2 hours. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we even gave a £7 donation to the park to help with the Tropical Bird section. If you've got a few spare hours and aren't afraid of ducks, this is definitely a place to visit on the Island.

Now, it's fair to say that our daughter (18 months) loves animals, which is pretty much essential for a successful visit here, as feeding, watching and petting animals is what this place is all about. It's not huge, but is a good 2-4 hours entertainment for little ones and there are a couple of learning and activity areas. It's worth checking in advance for feeding times - some are really worth being there for, like the penguins. We prefer visiting in the low season (though note that it's closed Nov - March) as everything is a bit more hands on and the ducks are much more pleased to see you. If you're visiting the Isle of Wight for a week or so, they offer a return visit for £2. The only thing we don't love is the food (though to give them some credit, better upon this visit than the last). This is a good place to take a picnic and they do provide some tables for this. Nothing wrong with the teas and coffees though!
