Hotel was located in ideal position for us in the centre of Ryde, Isle of Wight. When we checked-in we were informed we would not be sleeping at the main hotel but an annexe across the road from the hotel.
We made our way across and found the room (51) was large with bathroom (shower) and a seperate room with a kichen in.
Our only complaint was that the bed was awful. As soon as I laid down on it I could tell the springs had gone and we would be looking forward to a night of us both rolling down into the middle. We both did not have a good nights sleep (we reported this fault to the Receptionist in the morning).
Breakfast was great, cerals, fruits, juices, pastries and bacon, egg, sausages etc.
Please hotel manager's note that your guests need a good nights sleep!
