Got an amazing offer through Secret Escapes. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they work really hard and always seem to be there, morning to night! The included dinner was nice enough. Prosecco and champagne at the bar were great, and excellent value. Massages were decent but 25 mins is too short. The pool area got busy mid-morning and some children were there too. Very comfortable, large bed! This isn't a boutique hotel but a mid-range hotel executed to a high standard.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the lake, rather than overlooking the car park!

All in all we had a relaxing break and the food was very tasty, the staff in the restaurant were first class. The spa and the treatments were enjoyable. The first room we were given on arrival was cold and did not have the view we were expecting. We were moved with no problem though it would have been better if we had been given a room with a view in the first place as it was what we had booked. We had to ask for an extra heater as the room was too cold without it. The bedding could do with updating as the duvets and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. If we were going back to the Isle of Wight we would stay there again.

The Lakeside Park Hotel and Spa on the Isle of Wight was just what was needed in January to get rid of the blues. The atmosphere is relaxed and extremely friendly. The food was delicious in the Brasserie and the staff so helpful in every way. It was my first time on the island and the walks were invigorating with lovely scenery. It helped that the Having a late swim in the pool before supper was the perfect end to the day. We went with Secret Escapes and the deals are always good.

Room Tip: Ask for a Lakeside view!

The hotel is well located opposite a lake and within walking distance to the local village. Hotel spa is one of the best I've used, so relaxing, clean and the jacuzzi is hot! Food in the brasserie is fantastic, served very well and very tasty. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need! Would stay again!

Booked this offer on the Wednesday and on the Friday arrived to a friendly and proffessional receptionist.
Our room was clean and very well appointed, with a bottle of Prosecco waiting and included in the offer.
The food was excellant and I recommend the Crab sandwiches which were the best I had in a long time.
Included in the offer were 2 massages which were very relaxing. Not one to normally indulge in such treatments, I do recommend leaving time to recover.

I stayed here briefly for work. The staff were lovely and when they realised I was on crutches immediately sorted out room service without charge. Food was lovely - Sunday Lunch for one. Room very nice. Facilities good and nice view

We stayed over night, enjoying a massage and a few hours in the Spa. It was extremely relaxing and staff couldn't do enough for you, especially the Manager. The food is absolutely fantastic and prices are extremely reasonable. A three course meal from the specials menu was £18.95 but there is an A La Carte menu. They will also adapt anything to suit your requirements. We also met Terry, the restaurant owner on the Sunday morning. He is extremely proud of his hotel, and I can't blame him. What a superb place to stay. We have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this is by far the best and best value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
