“A glorious house in a leafy location close to the beach and all amenities.”
Reviewed June 24, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

This gorgeous house is tucked away in a lush corner of the Isle of Wight in the picturesque village of Bonchurch near Ventnor. It's on a quiet leafy road with similar properties, all with fabulous gardens. All the bedrooms are luxuriously furnished, each decorated in a different style but still in keeping with the age of the house. It has all mod cons such as wi-fi and a good telly with plenty of comfortable sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped with a massive cooker and fridge (I've stayed in houses which sleep 10 and they provide a silly little 2 shelf fridge, pathetic!). Lots of parking space too and a delightfully secluded garden which is a real sun-trap. You can walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants and watering holes within staggering distance. It is a perfect place for a family to holiday and quite honestly I didn't want to come home.
