“Nice little hidden gem”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2013

Being on the high street shouldn't fool you, blink and you will miss this delight, as it is at the back of a hardware shop.

The staff are all friendly, welcoming and make it their business to make sure you are happy.

The food is very nice, and shows you just how good vegetarian offerings can be. They also have a number of vegan options available.

The food was a little slow to come, but we were in no hurry. When it did arrive it was worth the wait. Plentiful in size, delicious in taste. Apparently there was a mix up, and we were told that there would be more Chili on its way for our jacket potatoes. What they served was already a good serving, but I didn't complain when more chilli arrived as it was so nice.

Anusia is obviously good, it was busy throughout the whole time that we were there. People obviously know what is good, and we will certainly be calling in again when we are in Tring.

“Delicious fresh and filling! ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013 via mobile

An absolute gem. Initially put off as a meat eater but how wrong could I be. This is my place of choice for lunch. Huge portions, fresh delicious inventive recipes and even desserts made without sugar! Very current and falls into the healthy clean eating category beautifully. You know everything you put into your body is homemade and healthy yet satisfies you like enormous Sunday roast with all the trimmings. My meat eating carbohydrate loving husband absolutely loved it too. Mumbai sandwich is out of this world. You have to try it!

“Great cafe for cakes, vege food and vegan”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 11, 2013

It's not easy finding vege cafés in area, so nice to have found Anusia. I have visited few times for cake and coffees, they do really addictive coffee walnut cake, recently went in for meal had the veggie Cajun fajitas which were really good so definitely will go back to try more of the food. It's a cafe worth coming back to .

One point of feedback is that it would be nice to see them serving alternatives for vegetarians that resemble meat, I'm still looking for a proper vege burger with a good soy meaty texture to it, or a proper vegetarian shepherd's pie that has the vege mince in it.

There is a great choice of food on the menu, and I have never been dissapointed with what I recieved. Service is always extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend!

“Great place for cake and coffee”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 9, 2013

Anusia is a lovely little place that I wondered into one saturday. I didn't realise till I got the menu it was a vegiterian place and felt it was too late to leave. Decieded just to have some cake and coffee and by god it was amazing! The brownies are genuinely the nicest you will ever have; rich, delicous slightly nutty and a lil bit of a crust round the sides. The real stars of the show are the staff however, they're good mannered, well spoken and above all happy to help! I shall be returning!
