Have been coming here for the past 8 years and each time is like the first. The staff are friendly and will accommodate most requests including not cooking dishes with garlic (as am allergic). The portions are always generous and as previous reviewers have said, are cooked fresh each time.
Be warned though that they are no longer doing their Sushi menu on Friday or Saturday which, whilst a shame, I can completely understand from the cost perspective.
So, if you want somewhere reasonable, that is not one of these pile it high cook it badly Thai/Chinese buffets, this is definitely the place for you.
