Went for a Valentines Day meal - it was very good.
This is a large bright and breezy restaurant and thoroughly recommended. Pick a table upstairs with a nice view of the canal. The menu is interesting with some unusual delights such as, for starters, their very crunchy Scots Egg which was quite brilliant.
You are well looked after by the staff who have to bring all the plates up the staircase from the kitchen downstairs [why no trays?] If they heated their plates then the staff would probably not be able to carry the hot dishes from the kitchen [so use trays].
