What a wonderful B&B! A beautiful location with stunning views surrounding the old farm house. Our room was tastefully and sympathetically furnished and had a stylish modern en suite shower room. The room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucy who after cooking us a full English breakfast sent us off on our day out with a filling packed lunch which meant we didn't have to eat an evening meal! A very relaxing weekend in a lovely family home with great hospitality.

Having used TripAdvisor many times to find suitable places to stay, I have never previously added a review. However, I felt compelled to comment on Huntlands Farm B&B. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I cannot think of any negative points at all! We were given an extremely warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for Lucy. It felt more like staying with family than at a B&B. The room itself and property overall were exceptional. The breakfast was perfect. We had never been to this part of the country before and were only staying as we were attending a wedding nearby but will definitely return.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Rafters room, which was great.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 nights. We were greeted by Lucy and Steve, and the welcome could not have been warmer. We stayed in the Rafters room which was amazing, and so luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and well cooked, with plenty of choice. This is a a wonderful place to stay and I can highly recommend it, we will definetely go back.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Raftters which is a very large room with ensuite, and duel aspect windows. This is...

Huntlands is a must stay, not to be missed venue. Lucy's wonderful B&B ticks all the boxes and more. As an added bonus we enjoyed meeting many of the animals on this working farm and Lucy's Dad John gave us a wonderful insight into the workings of the farm. Stephen is an excellent cook - and we immediately felt like we were part of the family as we shared dinner around the lovely big communal dinner table. We will definitely be staying again when we are next in this part of the UK.

It was wonderful meeting you and we all very much look forward to your next visit. Thank you for the delicious Turkish Delight and thank you for allowing dinner to be 20 minutes late so we all could watch Usain Bolt win the men's Olympics 100m final - great fun!

This is a gem of a B&B, situated on a working farm. Huntlands is a warm and friendly family run business, and they made us feel at home. The accommodation is within the substantial farmhouse, which has been tastefully renovated and refurbished. The rooms are delightful - a combination of rustic charm and luxury.
It's in a peaceful, rural location. You can hear the occasional farm animal, (which we liked), but we slept with the windows open and had an undisturbed and restful night's sleep. Our bed was extremenly comfortable, with high quality bedding, including Egyptian cotton sheets. Great rural views from the bedroom window.
Cleanliness is an important factor for us, and the room, and shower room/WC were spotless - as were the other communal areas. Breakfast was awesome.
We couldn't fault it, and would highly recommend a visit. The next time we are back in the area, we will be booking in.
