Owner description: In the heart of the glorious New Forest, Beaulieu is one of the South's top visitor attractions. Here you will find the National Motor Museum, home to over 250 vehicles telling the history of motoring. You can also visit Palace House and Gardens, home of the Montagu family since 1538, the remains of Beaulieu Abbey and World of Top Gear where you can see some of the vehicles from Jeremey, James and Richard's most ambitious challenges. Ride on the high level Monorail or climb aboard the replica 1912 open top London bus for a fun way to see Beaulieu's sights.

Visited with son (6) and nephew (11) . Bond exhibition aside the place seems very out dated and only kept the attention for about 2 hours which I believe means the cost seems high. Generally tried and lacking inspiration. Highlighted by the go karts ( extra charge) which despite being in a large Tarmac area just went around in a circle! Won't be rushing back!

Had a great day out at Beaulieu, we went twice in our 2 week holiday and enjoyed both visits especially as the weather was really nice. Even though the dogs are not allowed in the museum they have provided a area which has shelter and water for them we did not use this but thought it was a great idea. No extra cost for the monorail which we went on about 3 times on both visits. Some members of staff a dressed in period costume when you go to the house. The Top gear and James bond experiences are great for any fan.

Lots to see and do. The motor museum is excellent with lots to see and the bond exhibition is fantastic. The top gear exhibit is also entertaining too. We particularly enjoyed the falconary display which was excellent. The only downside was that we couldn't go into the house with our buggy & I wasn't prepared to leave it unsecured outside-shame as it looked interesting. Apart from that it was a fab day!

The house had various rooms many of which contained old fashioned objects which we recognised and brought back memories

If interested in old cars it is ok == the Top Gear tent was rubbish -- gardens were nice -- house also fine -- but all well overpriced
