“Great Museum”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2013

Fantastic museum, lots for everyone to do. James Bond exhibition was superb.
Positives: Lots to see and do - lots of different events on during the summer. Gardens and Old Palace well worth a visit as well.
Negatives: Food in the restaurant was expensive and average at best.
Top Tip: there's a water cooler in the restaurant - save spending on bottles of water.

“Fab way to spend a day !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

What a great place and so much to see ! We did the Bond in Motion exhibition first and then the National Motor Museum. Over to the Top Gear attraction next and then on to the Cars on Screen exhibition. After a ride on both the Monorail and the History of the Car pod drive we popped into the Brabazon Restaurant for a tasty lunch. In the afternoon we had a good look around all the vehicles in the 'Simply Ford' event, it was good to see some of the old Ford vehicles in such pristine condition. We then walked over to the Abbey (such a peaceful place both inside & out) then over to the Palace House & Millpond. We had a lovely relaxing day with 2 x 17 yr olds too and we all really enjoyed Beaulieu...

“Great Day Out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

We spent the whole day here. Well worth the trip and the entrance fee is worth it. We saw the 007 exhibition with cars from the films and also got to see the Top Gear exhibition. With the house and gardens made up to a good day out.

“GREAT IF YOU'RE A CAR ENTHUSIAST”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

All in the title really. The last time we came was about 35 years ago and it really hasn't changed that much except for the addition a good Top Gear exhibition and more in the way of technology. The theme this year was celebrating 50 years of James Bond which was interesting. Unfortunately it was such an awful day when we went that we didn't take in any of the outdoor attractions. Definitely worth a visit if you are into cars. One thing we both felt was the shop seems to stock more gimmicky items now and less info on the vehicles etc.

“Brilliant Bond Exhibit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

If you love cars , this is the place for you. The Bond exhibit is super and the catering standards are much improved.
Don't forget the Abbey itself, really interesting and full of well-explained family history.
