First time for me at 'Seven Fish', and had a very enjoyable evening, made all the more special that there was live entertainment (by a super-talented classy singer called Jodie Elms.) I wish more restaurant pubs had this sort of entertainment.
Back to the restaurant... the menu was interesting, not the specialist fish dishes I was hoping for, but still it was good. The Squid starter was beautifully cooked.
The restaurant itself is very tasteful and modern in its decor, and I love the large sofa area in front of the bar, so before or after your meal you can sit and chill with a drink...
Will definitely be back for more squid and hopefully more superb entertainment,
well done 'Seven Fish'

We went to this fish restaurant as there are very few in the local area and we also combined with using tastecard. The service and food was very good, the only thing which let it down (and not the restaurants fault) but we were sat on a Tuesday night next to a bunch of very rowdy girls which ruined our overall experience.

Was also disappointed that with the tastecard (that advertised 50% off food) they would only give us it on one main as we had the special.

But definately worth a visit.

We chose a smoked salmon sandwich, green salad and chips. Big big sandwich but the salmon was awful, bread was fresh and green salad nice. Accompanying chips soft and tasted oily. food expensive. Nice coffee.

Staff pulling tables across floor making an awful noise whilst we were eating.

Nice decor, they could do a lot better with a focus on serving good food.

The food here is fantastic and we eat here several times a month and have never had a bad meal. We also enjoy the half price cocktails which are served between 5pm and 8pm everyday. The atmosphere is great and in Summer there is a patio area outside which gets the late afternoon sun. We are very lucky to have such a great restaurant in Ringwood and is well worth a visit. The menu is a bit pricey but they do a set lunchtime and evening meal which is good value and as the food is so good we don't mind paying a bit more.

What can I say, the food is always excellent, good choice, cooked to perfection, never have to wait long even when they are busy. Lovely ambiance, friendly staff. Great choice of cocktails. Afternoon tea is Fab too. Cannot fault this place, highly recommend to anyone who wants something a little 'up market' without breaking the bank. Oh, they also do some great offers, so head on down there, you will not regret it :-)
