Have eaten at this restraunt on several occasions. In the summer we enjoyed lunch out on the balcony, over looking the golf course, with family visiting from Australia. Our last visit just before Christmas was for a celebratory meal with family following the birth of our new Grandaughter. Ordered from the Sunday lunch menu, my favourite is the Chef's twice baked Whinchester cheese soufflé, it just melts in your mouth! I had a main course of roast turkey, which was very lean and moist, with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For pudding the brûlée, which the chef regularly varies the flavours of and they never disappoint as a final course to a excellent meal. The restraunt refurbishment was not quiet finished, so restraunt was not very busy at our last visit, but when word gets out about the standard of meal and service at Skylark, Sunday's will be busy. I look forward to enjoying a meal there again soon.
