Set in an old country pub building this restaurant serves French inspired meals with a good selection of wines. Not open every day the menus are table d'hôte and a la carte but you can mix and match. Fish, meat and veggie options. When we ate there they had calves liver which was glorious. Some unusual ingredients such as Gurnard were also on offer.
Restaurant is a bit quiet but the waiting staff are knowledgeable and friendly and enjoy answering questions and making recommendations.
