Wowo wow wow! We loved it! Our daughter loved it so much yet with it being part of Paulton park, there were also more grown up rides for older kids. Food over priced but that's theme parks for you. Well staff (who were lovely). Will be back soon!

Thank Jo L

We've been to Paultons Park many times over the years and it does seem to move along with the times quite well. There are now a good few rides for the older kids and they have removed some of the old 'basic' ones such as the Ladybirds and their out-dated nursery rhyme walk-through. One negative is that you have to pay extra for the go-karts and considering the price to get in is on par with the major theme parks such as Chessington and Thorpe Park these really should be within the entrance price. The one thing that put a real damper on the day was their closing time - 5.30pm and it's the school summer holidays!!! Some people were trying to get on rides at 5.30pm and being sent away by staff which is really bad considering they charge the same price as other parks which open until 7pm or later at this time of year. Sort out your closing time Paultons Park!!

Dear Sam6464, thank you for your review and feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the rides for the older children. Hopefully we can help with some of the points that you raised.

The Go-Karts are not included in the ticket price as due to their limited capacity we would not be able to guarantee that everyone can ride them on a visit to the Park. Making the ride an optional extra also helps to keep the admission price lower for you.

The Park closes at this time as we have found over the years that the majority of families who visit, have young or very young children that become tired and so decide to leave.

We hope this helps explain and look forward to seeing you again soon,

Kind regards,
Paultons Park

We went with our 3 children one of which is 2 and an absolute peppa pig fan. It was great. Big queues but we managed to do all peppa pig world in one day. Food was expensive but we took a picnic just the ice creams were a fortune. We saved some money by booking in advance

We've been here before but now James is 6 and growing he can go on so much more!! 8 year old Ellie gets more and more ambitious in her rides but my heart was in my mouth each time these two intrepid riders tried a new experience. I needn't have worried. The staff at Paulton's Park were so careful and not at all bored with repeating, and repeating safety instructions, and checking belts & webbing and their care helped create a happy and confident afternoon at this lovely child-friendly facility.
True, entry costs for our small family were pricy but if every ride was taken, we would have been 'quids in'. As it was, the static amusements like panning for gold or the water-filled balloon game tempted the kids away from the rides, an eventually we ended up in Peppa Pig World and it's less scary - but still fun - rides. If you spend a whole day here you'll get great value, and obviously fine weather ensures a smooth, child-happy experience. If it's raining - well there are shorter queues, so if you're togged up for rain, all's well. Tip: Do book online more than 1 day in advance for good prices. In this way if the weather is poor, you don't have to use the ticket(s) straight away but can wait a day or two for a fine day.
