While it can't compare with some of the nationally known gardens, the gardens at West Green House were a delight. I spent well over an hour wandering through the different "rooms" of the garden and could easily have spent more. The gardens are well-tended and thoughtfully designed, with each section stylistically distinct from the last. Most of them seem well-established, though the area around the fountains looked as if it's a few years from maturity. There were only a half-dozen other visitors, which made it seem more intimate.
