Good clean rooms, big comfy bed, complimentary drinks, really friendly staff, peace and quiet. We visited 15th December and stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was pretty full but we were not disturbed once. Very close to a dual carriageway (might have been a motorway) but even with the window open this was just a hum in the background. Next door is the Rusty Cutter Beefeater, get the meal deal for £22.99 and eat your fill on cooked and continental breakfast and then have a 3 course meal in the evening complete with a drink - fantastic value for money. Easy access to Portsmouth, we decided to go in by taxi, cost £12 to get there and £19 to get back, there is a bus stop nearby if needed. There are plans to extend this hotel so it is going to be a little bit bigger in the near future, well worth a visit especially if you are planning to spend some time in Portsmouth.

Stayed here just for one night, and was pleasantly surprised.
Usually when we stay (family of 4) there's a rickety spare bed and sofa bed. But we had 2 single beds in the room, and there was plenty of room left.
Also they remembered we were four and left enough towels!
The rooms are nice, and new.
Only concern was the car parking as we had to park out the front as there was a lorry blocking the whole car park.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Stayed here on way home as 19 per room. Comfortable room and bed with large screen tv. Althouth 8 years old, rooms and bathrooms refurbished last year so spotless. Were given rear facing room so road noise minimal despite single glazing. Excellent staff. Hard to fault.

Room Tip: Ask for rear facing room if light sleeper. Front rooms have secondary glazing.

A great deal for £29 a night with old Beefeater next door. Hotel as expected clean and tidy, nice beds and big Samsung flat screen. Enjoyed sta, staff were quick to help, taxi service was very quick and only £3 for a 5 min trip to Havant, great value. The hotel is right on the junction of the A3 and dead easy to find, will stay there in future again

A good Premier Inn. The bathrooms have been modernised, & a good 'touch' key card system installed.
Comfortable room & bed. Although there is a major road nearby the insulation is fine & you can hardly hear it.
Beefeater restaurant next door is excellent.
Only gripe is that the Wifi connection was weak.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night as a couple. This Premier Inn is set up in an attractive building with ample car-parking. Staff very friendly upon arrival and later during the evening when we returned from dinner (in the main town - we didn't try the adjacent Beefeater).

Room was spacious and pretty luxurious - we had a large wall-mounted plasma screen TV with freeview, a huge chez longue sofa and a nice big bathroom. Our room also faced the "quiet" side of the property i.e. not the motorway, though I am a heavy sleeper so I doubt being on the other side would have detracted much from my night's sleep. As ever with Premier Inn the bed was very comfortable - we even had a choice of pillows (in the cupboard) depending on whether you liked hard or soft pillows.

This is the best Premier Inn I have stayed in, and though I can't comment on the food, I think the chain is fantastic for doing exactly what it says on the tin, but going a little extra on the comfort/luxury scale. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Had a good stay, breakfast was okay, nothing special, Housekeeping a little noisy in the morning when cleaning. Hotel staff very helpful and ideal stopover Hotel for Portsmouth Ferry link. Room very clean, nice comfy bed and Tv flat screen very good,

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing near the Motorway as it can be a little noisy.
