A last minute get away to support a family member at a sporting event meant we needed a hotel at hours notice. Arranged this hotel 'On-line' and agreed a very late book in as we were committed to another function the evening before.
We arrived at 12.30 midnight and the reception was manned and all was in place for our stay. Very efficient book in which was great as we were tired after an hour and a half drive.
The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. I had no problems sleeping. Tea making facilities we all there.
Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant which was fine. All ion all a good stop and will return.

This is based within the Fleet service area, so watch the sat nav, mine wanted to go past??

Used this hotel for one night's stay last Friday. Check in was reasonably quick and the lady receptionist was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I booked as a lone traveller and was given a family room which comprised very comfortable double bed and a single. The T.V had at least 30 channels, there was a hair dryer, trouser press and hospitality tray. The bathroom, which had a bath and very powerful, easy to use shower, also had tissues and dispensers for soap and shower gel.
The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and fixtures were unfussy and modern.
The options for breakfast were explained - continental delivered to your room, or purchase a voucher at a discount price for full English to be eaten in the services area. I had the continental; cereal, croissant, jam and butter, fruit and fruit juice.
Basic toiletries were on view for sale in reception. Tables and benches enable you utilise the very enjoyable seating area outside. I was very happy with my short stay there.

We stayed here 25th May on route from seeing Muse in London. A nice clean basic room, no complaints with the room. Housekeeping did see to kick off early on Sunday morning, 8.30am with hoovering, lucky we were awake!

Reception staff not the most friendly we have encountered and we do stay at a lot of hotels around the world. In fact on arrival on stating our name we were met with "your booking was yesterday" this was without checking that she had heard our surname correctly or the actual booking! Once we had spelt this out twice and trust me our name is simple, she realised that the booking was valid, no apology I might add. Still you get what you pay for and like I said cheap price, nice clean comfortable room.

If you are looking for a place to lay your head mid travel then this is a good place but don't expect anything special.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the car park, little noise but slept well. Worth paying a little extra f...

Let's be realistic, you aren't going to find 4 or 5 star accomodation at a motorway service area, at these prices. Therefore, your expectation should be realistic. For the price, what is provided here by Days Inn, is very acceptable and what they set out to offer, they achieve very well.

We knew that the check-in time was mid-afternoon, but as we were on route to a party and wouldn't need our rooms until 10 or 11 at night, we stopped off to see if an early check-in was available. We were offered a pre-registration, so that all the paperwork was done and we could just pick-up our keys when we came back later.

On arriving back at the hotel that night, we parked in the main service area car park, near to the hotel and walked in good light to the main door.

The room was plainly decorated and furnished, but extremely clean and tidy. We had a twin room, but this had both a good size double bed and a large single. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and a reasonable night's sleep was achieved. Water was good and hot for a morning shower.

We were offered a continental breakfast delivered to the room for just under £5 a head, or a voucher for a full English breakfast in the main service area, for just under £9 (a saving on the over the counter price apparently). We decided to do our own thing, but it was nice to have the option.

Have to say, all the reception staff we had contact with, were courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient - and there is a twenty four hour reception presence.

Given that this is a budget accomodation option, I think they present very well and I would not hesitate to use this hotel again.

Stayed for one night as a stopover on way to relatives as my normal hotel was fully booked, it is a long walk from the car park to reception along a dark alley, would not want to do it late at night.
Room was average with minimal furniture and did not have the best of sleeps, my first Days in stay and probably my last.

Basic, not terrible value for money, and seem to understand their market quite well.

Rooms were fine, nothing special, functional and quiet enough.

Cost is fair enough, probably the upper end of what you would be happy to pay for such a basic level of accommodation.

Good prices, comfortable and spacious rooms (for a budget hotel), free internet. Very close to a mini-Waitrose and restaurants. And, what is quite surprising, despite being so close to the motorway and a carpark always full of people, the rooms are quiet.
On the negative side, I had a quite poor mobile phone reception (O2).

Room Tip: 1st floor rooms are more likely to have better O2 reception
