The usual standard for a Premier Inn. The reception was not manned when we got there but the breakfast was good for the money. Only got one towel and no mat for the bathroom floor. We were in the last room which was an accesability room which is fine but it was down two long corridors from the reception and the maids service trolleys filled the corridors. If I had been in a wheelchair it would not have been possible to get past and it would have been a long way for someone struggling on their, I don't know why you would put an accesability room so far from the reception.

Room Tip: The disabled room is miles from the reception and you have to negotiate the service trolleys used by...

Really professional and helpfull staff they helped to arrange everything we required for our stay. However, the restaurant linkied to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired the time we arrived was not busy the food we ordered which was low key namely a burger and smoothered chicken (let,s face it nothing to over the top) took over 35 minutes to arrive it was stone cold and just about ediable the waitress said she would imform the manager we waited 5 minutes and gave up waiting ! Not good value for money really and as a result we passed on the breakfast

First trip to a Premier Inn: pretty well satisfied with the experience and with the price. The staff were friendly and approachable, and I can't comment on their ability to deal with major issues because we didn't have any. The room was clean and tidy, bedding crisp and white and everything we needed was to hand. Good picture on the TV; pleasant, understated general lighting along with good illumination at the mirrors. Bathroom was clean, fittings were well maintained, although flushing the push button toilet demanded fingers of steel. A couple of issues slightly spoiled our stay: worst issue of all, there were only two teabags in our room on arrival, although the staff were quick to rectify this when asked. Some guests arrived late on the Saturday night, shouting and yelling outside the entrance despite the obvious signs asking people to keep the noise down because children might be asleep ( I don't suppose even Premier Inns can legislate for the ignorant and the drunk), and the fact that we were in a room directly above the main foyer meant that we could hear every bang of the front door and every noise made by entering or departing guests. Down to us, I guess, to make sure we're not accommodated in a similar location next time. Probably the biggest issue other than the teabags was the fact that the single glazed window was ill-fitting (probably due to wear and tear) and therefore draughty, and I think Premier Inns need to look at maintenance/ modernisation in this area.

Car parking was good and plentiful, though I'm not sure just how many of the people using the disabled spaces by the front door were just lazy, and how many had a genuine mobility issue.

Other than that then yes, we would definitely use Premier again. If Farnborough is a typical example, then Premier Inns are certainly preferable to some of their rivals in the budget hotel sector.

Room Tip: Try to ensure that your room is well away from the main entrance and from any doors in communal area...

A standard Premier Inn but very well situated, very good staff, good restaurant and quiet night sleep. If you do not stay here it will leave more room for me to stay every time I am in farnborough. It does what Premier Inns everywhere seek to deliver and does it very well

Room Tip: Upstarirs away from Reception

Easy to find if you look for the Monkey Puzzle restaurant sign. In a non-residential area - quiet - with no discernable noise from outside.
Plenty of free parking.
Noise insulation between floors is NON-EXISTENT - woken shortly after 05:00 by occupant in room above. Could hear every footfall, doors closing, water running. Have absolutely no idea what constituted a "Good Night's Sleep" but being woken so early wasn't my idea of one! No comment from check out staff other than "it's a problem that's been reported to Head Office a number of times"!
Hadn't realised when we arrived quite late that noise insulation was so poor (our apologies to the occupants above if we disturbed your early night)!
Facilities in room quite "budget". Kettle - very small for potentially 4 occupants of a quad room - took forever to boil. Only 2 small mugs & 2 glasses provided.
TV quality was good - plenty of programmes and good reception.
King size bed too firm & pillows (even those marked 'firmer') too soft. Day bed not too bad but underbed spare felt like it was just a base and was missing a mattress. Room was certainly large enough to have used both singles.
Room reasonably decorated (clean & bright, if a bit clinical) and temperature (set at 21) was comfortably warm, though it would have been nice to have been able to securely open a window if only a fraction as it felt very airless.
Back of bathroom door had 3 large holes in as if hooks had been ripped out.
Plenty of hot water - sufficient for 3 to have baths one after the other.
Cussons soaps in dispensers was a nice touch.
Heated towel rail with sign warning "this towel rail can get hot"! - though it didn't really get past luke warm for us.
Check in lady was very friendly and quick to provide bedding for the single bed which, despite booking the room for 3 people, hadn't been made up.
This was a last minute booking but I was annoyed when, as the booking engine had gone down when I tried to book the night before, when I finally managed to get onto it the following morning (the day of travel) the price had gone up £5!
Arrived too late and left too early to take advantage of the on-site Brewers Fayre (the Monkey Puzzle) but imagine it's very similar to all the other Brewer's Fayres in the UK.
All in all not a bad experience - it was convenient for where we were going the following day and was an OK stop-over, but I'm not sure that I would want to stay for any length of time though...

Room Tip: Not sure, without improvement in internal noise insulation, that there is a "good" room

we have stayed at this premier in many times and always found it to be to our liking. this time however things had changed Rooms still ok clean and tidy but the beds not as comfortable as we remembered. Location good as near to farnborough airfield and also approx 10 mins from Aldershot, quiet for such a location. Staff always pleasant and cleaners cheerful. No biscuits in room and only the min tea, coffee, milk and sugar for no of guests in rooms.

Not at all comfortable. The rooms feel as if they've been designed for the convenience of the cleaners rather than guests. Cold, sterile, uncomfortable, The bathrooms are more like public toilets.

The restaurant had an indian buffet which was bland, insipid, pretty much tasteless and in part not cooked properly. Possibly the worst I have ever had.

Room Tip: Ask for one at another hotel.
