Went here last Friday for the fish and chip all you can eat. Long static ques and the food was slow coming out and the quantity was restricted. Many times had to wait for individual items that had run out.
More attention to quantise needed required from the management to fulfill diners needs not lets not put a lot out so we can maximize profit

Ordered the food at the bar and it was served after a five minute wait, the main course was really very good but, it was the fifty minute wait for the deserts that put a dampener on things. Two diners who were sitting near us had the same problem, they like us had to ask twice for their deserts . At 3 o'clock on a not busy Friday afternoon I thought this was very poor service.

Thank chezal

We have visited here on many occasions, and it is what you expect, nothing outstanding, but you are not spending alot of money.
We have had both breakfast and dinner here, mainly because our stay at the premier inn, but the brewers fayre staff are miserable, ill trained and at times rude. There is no 'service' as everything is ordered at the bar and to be honest even when you do this, it looks like you are troubling the staff!
If you are after a cheap bite to eat, then take you chance, but do not expect to be treated as a valued guest.

Having been a few times previous for a carvery......and not had good experiences on any of the visits, we decided to take a chance. What a mistake it was.....
Still the same packet mash potatoes...dried up veg and watery gravey.
The so called Chef who served us...was dirty and rude....(he was thin and wore glasses)
He tried to palm me of with the last bit of dried up beef....when I refused it....he replied...."I aint getting anymore beef out untill this has gone"
Needless to say....we won't go there again and advise you to do the same......

Has become a regular eating venue. We tend to eat out during the day and excellent offers are available. Two meals for £10 WHAT MORE CON YOU ASK. Fish and chips on a Friday are a must
