The bird demonstrations were really good and the restaurant food was excellent. There was a long queue to get served but it was worth the wait. Pity about the weather but it could have been worse.

Fantastic collection of birds. Great flying displays throughout the day. Great 'experience days' actually fling the birds for adults or children of different age groups. Conservation / rescue/ education their main focus

Tip- make a full day of it.

I am lucky enough to live fairly close to the Hawk Conservancy and visited at least 3 times. Each visit we have taken members of the family all have had a brilliant time. The flying displays are amazing. The depth of information the staff have regarding the birds is excellent. The owls I must admit are a personal favourite. This is a place well worth visiting you will not be disappointed wonderful day out.

My wife and I took our grandsons here for the day and it really was wonderful, all of the staff were so helpful and knowledgable.
The concept is to raise awareness and understanding of the problems that raptors face throughout the world and they do a great deal for this.
You will have a different opinion of vultures after a visit here and the show where they fly so close to the audience is fantastic.
