I stayed here for five nights in a disabled-friendly room which had a wet room bathroom, which was needed by my mother.

Reception staff are very friendly and efficient, ie my daughter went to the hotel earlier in the day to check in for me and found the room had been made up as a double when I needed twin beds. By the time I arrived the receptionist had made up the room in twin format.

Housekeeping throughout the hotel is very good.

Breakfast is around £8 per person but an excellent economical breakfast is available at Tesco, just a couple of minutes walk away. Willems Park pub is next to the inn and offers plenty of choice, however, the food is only average.

There is plenty of free car parking and wi-fi is available but on free for the first 30 minutes.

I'll be staying again in the future.

advantages-
room clean.
bed not bad-some reviewers have said it is hard-I thought it fine.
Staff incredibly polite.
disadvantages
£91 a night in Aldershot plus breakfast.............
room really nasty-cheap fit out-no wardrobe-musty smell
nasty furniture like a student hall of residence.
no soap etc-other than in a dispenser
1 towel large and 1 small
it's so obvious they cost everything down to the last farthing.
Breakfast a shocker-
cheap juice
sliced white bread............just don't do it!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback.

We are very pleased that our team at the hotel ensured that you were well looked after.

Our pricing policy works in the same way as many airlines where prices are driven by market conditions at the time.

Although prices may increase at times of demand, they may also reduce on nights which are less busy.

We do have a Team who closely monitor all hotels to ensure they are competitively priced as we always try and give you the best value for money.

Thanks for taking the time to review our hotel.

Rooms well priced , clean tidy etc. I stayed at this hotel for a 4 nights while on business and was amazed by the quality of the service. The only possible criticism is you have to pay for wifi 10 quid for the week not too bad.

Hotel is very clean and located directly opposite the Tesco. Rooms are large, modern, clean and spacious with flat screen TV units.
The breakfast in the restaurant is also good, very cheap bt certainly cheerful.

I booked this place for a one night stopover in late August and the customer service was second to none!! The front reception lady (Vicki I think her name was!) went out of her way to get me an early check in for 11.30am so I could get changed and rush off to a wedding! I asked her to book me a taxi and this was sorted very quickly too. Really first class service.

The rest of the place was also very nice. The cleaners said hello, there's free wi-fi for 30 mins each day but also I think it's £5 or under for 24 hour access, which is a great price for business users. Bed also incredibly comfy and a choice of pillows, as well as flat screen tv, great bathroom and tea/coffee.

The only thing I would say is there still isn't any herbal tea on offer in the rooms as an alternative to normal coffee/tea but this is nothing. The service and facilities here are great and for the price you pay is really outstanding.

We were in the area for a family wedding and the Premier Inn was our only available option for family rooms. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Its changed my opinion of chain hotels and will use Premiers Inns again.

Stayed here 1 night on business, literally in at 10, out at 7am, staff were friendly and enthusiatic hellos/goodbyes etc! The room had an odd smell and the wall mounted shower gel was dfficult to use. Bed comfy but over all the place seemed tired and in need of a make over. The three negatives for me were; the room faced a main road and was subject to traffic noise - so ask for a non road room if you can, the carpark was very busy and I had to park outside the pub next door, this had several people milling around and I was concened about car safety (no need as nothing happened) but for more nervous travellers this could be an issue and the room heating was not that good, the room stat could be adjusted but it didnt make a difference to the temperature.
