We booked the Queen Hotel 2 months in advance on business. We then got a phone call the night before checking we still wanted the room. We said 'yes' and he said that was fine. We then arrived on the day and were told they only had 1 of the 2 rooms we booked. We had to stay together due to the nature of our business and so he said he would try and get us into another hotel. He drove us 2 miles away to hotel. We purposely booked the queen hotel because it was right next door to our workplace and we had to get into work at 8am so we didn't want to wake up really early. So already we weren't happy with the fact that they have made us move 2 miles away. We then offered to go into a triple room to save expenses that he was willing to pay and he then said we had to pay more because there was breakfast included. He then shouted at us in the lobby of another hotel. I was so disgusted with the way I was spoken to and he had no intention of ever putting the customers needs first. He purposely overbooked his hotel for money but then got himself into a situation that he couldn't be bothered to sort out. I will never want to go anywhere near that hotel again. And I recommend no-one else does either. Overall: STAY AWAY!!!!!
