Arrived on a busy Sunday and knew we would have to wait as its a new place to eat and there were 6 of us. Was told the wait would be 30 mins and we could sit by the bar. No problems there although they should allow you to begin a tab at the bar and roll it over onto your table..
Were seated after about 40 mins in a table right by the hot pass which was good as I had a birds eye view of how the kitchen ran. We waited and waited and finally our food turned up after about 50 mins . At no point did the waiter come to us and apologise for the delay and most of them spent their time either chatting by the pass or making inflatible ballon hats for those with birthdays.
Sitting by the kitchen I noticed (see my picture) that often the entire pass would be filled with food waiting to be sent out, at one point i noted a full rack of ribs and 3 burgers sat there for over 20 mins before being served to the table next to us (I would have sent that straight back). The girl organising the food delivery seemed to spend more time laughing and joking than getting the food out to eager hungry punters. I also noticed in the 50 mins I waited that a lot of food was coming back to the kitchen either due to incorrect order or the girl had taken it to the wrong table ( 3 times i saw this)
When our food arrived it was ok but a little dry , no surprise as it sat on the hot plate for ages.
All in all not a great experience and having eaten in TGI's all over the UK, NY , Tokyo etc etc this is by far the worst of them I have tried. A shame. Hopefully it will improve once the staff get up to speed better.
