Our second visit here and delighted to say even better value
Good size room with space to chill out and a large flat screen TV Dinner at the Fowlers Farm was excellent with a much improved menu offering good service and value
Breakfast next morning was excellent served by friendly staff all cooked to order and served in good surroundings with complimentary Tea and coffee etc
Would go again and would recommend especially if you book when the rooms are on offer...

We used this Premier Inn at weekend, found the staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before, as we stay here to visit Freeport village. For us this premier is a good the rooms were very clean, and you can ask for a quite room at back, no traffic noice. Breakfast is very good too. as we only paid £19.00 this time it was a bargin.
We like this Premier Inn as as well as freeport village, there is food and cinema and Bowling alley all at Freeport village area, so for our quality time as a couple there is plenty to do.

We arrived on a cold wet November night quite late and was greeted by the friendliest receptionist you could meet at the door. Nothing was too much trouble. Told us all we needed to know and explained everything clearly. We visited the pub about 20 metres away for a drink. were too late to eat but food looked good and menu inviting. We had a lovely night's sleep considering there was a gale blowing outside. Room was what I expected. But no biscuits!! Greeted in the morning by Mick who was very friendly and welcoming. Really felt that the staff made this Premier Inn.

Room Tip: Room 108 was very quiet on a Saturday night and was very near reception for extra tea and coffee.

What a gem this place is. We stayed one night for a wedding and it was perfect for our needs. Friendly welcome from the reception staff, clean modern room (great flatscreen tv) and a lovely continental breakfast (chocolate muffins are lovely and they will do you a fresh bowl of porridge on request). All this for a price 1/2-1/3 cheaper than any other hotel we've stayed in this year. I would thoroughly recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 120. Unfortunately this is right near where the taxis drop people off at reception...

Stayed here for a few nights, This is not a purpose built Premier Inn, therefor the rooms are smaller than normal, Friendly welcome, didn't eat here but there was a Pizza Hut ( meager toppings) KFC ( cold chicken, served by indifferent staff) and a MacDonald across the road.If you have a room on the side don't expect to stay in bed after 0900 hrs as the large lorries are delivering to the adjacent garden center. O.k for a night or two but that's it.

Very pleasantly surprised by my stay at this Premier Inn, was prepared for disinterested staff and acceptable levels of facilities but no more. However, the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing an early check-in, even though I hadn't requested one beforehand. The room was very comfortable, TV etc. all great. Free tea and coffee was an unexpected bonus.

I got a great deal on this room in the sale. The hotel has all you would expect from a Premier inn, choice of pillows, hair dryer, comfortable bed, kettle but in addition we had a better than average compact but modern well designed bathroom (shower, no bath) large flat screen tv and the room looked freshly decorated with pictures, lamp etc to make it less bland. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed, the reception was manned when we came in from a night out something that would have been greatly apreciated had I been travelling alone. Plenty of free parking and off the main road, our room overlooked the main reception area but we had no problem with outside noise. It is well situated very near Freeport and there is a KFC, Macdonalds and a couple of pubs very clse so varied choice if you need to grab something to eat. Overall a better than budget stay at a budget price.
