Aged 64 and 74 The lunch we had at this pub was quite simply the worst we have ever had. A Christmas treat from our son after having two nice meals here we were served today with what I can only presume were yesterday's vegetables reheated, a sloshy pile of grey limp mange tout carrots and unrecognisable courgettes bunged together on a plate of dry overcooked bass and duck. The complaint was dealt with politely but this was a wretched and embarrassing experience.
