Dined out again here using my Tastecard as a farewell dinner as my daughter was off to Uni.
The food as before was fantastic ,great service and a real buzz about the place.

By the time we left the place was full.

Service very attentive and friendly.

The place is quirky and a hop scotch of many things but at Bistro 45 it is all part of the character .

Love it,will certainly be back.

At last a good find around Hastings. The setting inside is well done and we were made very welcome as soon as we arrived ( by emma & parice ). The choice of food is very good and spoilt for choice with the mussel selection. Not rushed and all cooked fresh so piping hot. Perfect selection of music and attention at the table was excellent. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't manage a dessert because we were so full. Best to make a reservation as it was full all evening The dates are on the calendar for our next visits. First class

Four of us had lunch here and found it very good value. All the dishes were freshly cooked so be prepared to wait a little while for your main course. As far as I could tell nothing was microwaved Brake Brothers food as so many are in this area.
From the outside you would not look twice at this restaurant but once inside and after studying the menu and the extensive list of Belgium beers and mussels available in a variety of sauces you would soon see that this place offers above average meals.
The restaurant was decorated with old vinyl records and the in house music reflected this.
A fun place to eat with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly be returning.
