From the super clean and comfy rooms to the Coast shower gel, shampoos and bodycream, this B&B has loads of character and goes above and beyond. I stayed with my two small daughters and my not so small sister a couple of weeks ago, in one room (sounds like a nightmare!) which comfortably housed us all and my mother came down for a night the next day, bright and early from London. She stayed in their ground floor bedroom with en-suite which was delightful. Linda and Chris were the perfect hosts, incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming... I could have chatted for ages! The breakfast not only offered a huge variety to suit every taste, but was delicious and beautifully presented. I will always remember this stay not only for its sentimental value but also for this lovely B&B. Perfect!

More than a B&B. The room was perfect, exactly like the photos (which makes a change) and the bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean.

The breakfast is great, all high quality products and Chris remembered the breakfast from the day before.

Nothing is too much for the Chris and Linda who are more than helpful and want to ensure that your stay is really enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

Room Tip: The Sage Room is perfect.

choice of rooms at different prices. rooms were stunning! we opted for the more expensive room £90. it had a roll top bath, power shower, lovely thick cotton towels. The room itself was HUGE, it has a sofa bed ( if needed for families ) the main bed was a super king with heaps of pillows, cushions & a feather stuffed duvet. there was flat screen tv, hairdryer, tea making facilities & yummy biscuits. the breakfast was delicious & heaps of choices from salmon to cereal, fruits, full english ( all HIGH quality produce ) the owners are extremely tuned into what their guests need/want........they even folded my nightie, which i had left in a pile on the floor! I will never stay anywhere else apart from here when i visit bexhill on sea, im so glad i found this place

Room Tip: all rooms are well above average choose any room u will be pleased

My mum and i have stayed here 5 or 6 times now, whilst visiting family nearby. Linda and Chris are the most welcoming people we have come across for a long time. always there to help if needed. Rooms are of a very high standard, everything so shiny and bright. Well done to you both and thank you.

Room Tip: Spoilt for choice.

Arrived sunday 5th may to a warm welcome from Chris. Promptly shown to our room which was the teal room. Room was very clean and tidy and the bed was huge, lovely duvet :) tea, coffee and bottled water were provided as well as biscuits. Large choice of breakfast which included full English, scrambled egg and smoked salmon which hubby said was yummy! Pancakes, porridge, cereals, toast, fresh fruit. I had the cheese and mushroom omelette which was huge and delicious, thanks Linda. Will return again if we are down that way
