Spent three nights in Arden House and could not find any fault with the rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast and value for money. Look no further than Arden House if you need B&B accommodation in Bexhill.

Room Tip: I was shown all the rooms and they were all equally as good. However, there are only four rooms avai...

Splendid place - lovely comfy warm rooms with every obvious attention to every detail. Gorgeous home cooked breakfasts using the best ingredients - had no idea tomatoes and mushrooms could taste so marvellous. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - lovely place, people and food at a more than reasonable price. Have stayed several times and will be back. Ros

I often stay away overnight for work and this is, without doubt, one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally good value. Peter is warm and welcoming without being intrusive. The room I stay in is comfortable and well appointed, and both the bedroom and the en-suite are very clean. I appreciate the little touches like the range and quality of the tea and coffee, fresh milk rather than cartons, and a range of useful products in the bathroom. A good breakfast is cooked to order in a lovely sun room overlooking the garden. I wouldn't look to stay anywhere else in Bexhill.

This is the perfect B and B, whether you are on holiday in the area or for work. It's a five minute walk to the seafront and the town and you'll get a warm welcome from Peter and Martin, impeccably clean room and a fabulous breakfast in the conservatory. Easy parking available.
Nothing is too much trouble, it's on a quiet street; in short the perfect place to stay.
I have stayed here two nights a week for the last year for work and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.
Oh and I've never smelt smoke.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent

Nice little B&B in a quiet suburan street. Free parking on the street. Our room overlooked the beautiful back garden. Breakfast is eaten looking at this garden too. Creates a lovely atmosphere. Peter greeted us warmly & assisted my husband with carrying our luggage upstairs. Our room was spacious & had an ensuite that looked new. Lots of little touches in the room & bathroom that make this B&B stand out from others we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. We had to nominate a time to come down to eat, but I suppose that makes for ease of service & avoids everyone turning up at the same time wanting something hot.
The only issue we had was a smell of cigerette smoke in our room on the first night. It wasn't present on the second night, but it did interupt our sleep as we both kept waking up smelling the smoke. Cigerette smoke was also noticeable when we first entered the house, but only near the entrance. I felt maybe another guest had been standing outside smoking, or someone smokes in the office at the front of the house. If it hadn't been for the smell of smoke, I would have rated higher on cleanliness & sleep quality.
Great room with a little table & chairs, good heating & a lovely clean bathroom. Exactly what you want in a B&B.

This was my first trip to Bexhill and I found the place on google. Well situated B&B, five minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of Bexhill. This B&B is a hundred times more pleasant than Mandalay, and the owner, Peter, is a thousand times nicer than Mrs. Danvers. My room was light, clean, spacious, with excellent finishing touches which you appreciate more and more the longer you spend in the room. Ample parking on street. Beautiful back garden. Delightful Persian rugs.
You will get a hearty breakfast in the morning.

We stayed one night last weekend at Arden House, and can honestly say it is one of the nicest B&B's that we have stayed in. Peter made us feel very welcome, the room was lovely and we had the exclusive use of the bathroom across the landing, which had all the nice touches.

Room Tip: We have stayed in the same room twice, it is the family room, which has a double and a single bed in...
