We stayed at Leeford Place for one night in room 14 which although small when the sofa bed pulled out for my daughter giving very littke room to manouvre, was comfortable.

I would say the toilet was also very small with hardly any space to get on or off it as it is so close to the shower and wall.

Breakfast did however make-up for the very small room and the staff were very polite.

Stayed here one night after a local wedding. Room was clean and had a good bed. Outside of teh hotel was a big shabby and teh grounds could havce looked better but its was generally clean with helpful staff.

Breakfast was good but the waitresses could have done with one more for help. A good 3 star hotel.

Thank you to all at Leeford place for making our wedding such a perfect day! Our honeymoon suite was gorgeous and my friends and family said their rooms were lovely too.

Bit confused with the review about no linen services to iron a shirt for you?? Perhaps next time you may consider the ritz in London and get the train down to battle.. I've only ever known 4 star plus to do this!

Anyways, great location, great food and top people! P.s. And they have finished the reception and new ladies loos too!

The room was small, the television even smaller. There was no housekeeping service available to iron a shirt yet rooms cost £105. As EastSussexBiss states the reception is always unmanned although in May it was stated by the hotel that they were converting the reception area. Little progress has been made.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. Priced at a more reasonable level this hotel would be good.
