You can always catch the next train after visiting the cafe and viewing the memorabelia and enjoy a bun with your tea or coffee.

So if you are a train enthusiast this place may be for you. But if you are not this is just a building with a very expensive tea room.

Typically a small railway station, very few trains travelling through so not very convenient but liked the old-fashioned look. Definitely a nice change from the london underground!

They accommodated us for Sunday lunch when we hadn't booked and there were just roasts on at £8.95 which was fine. Would go there again

We were visiting a friend and travelled to Wymondham Station. The floral displays were delightful and we wished we had time to stop for a cuppa at the cafe. The atmosphere was so peaceful and we could have whiled away a couple of hours sitting in the sun and watching the trains go by. The line from Ely to Wymondham is very picturesque and one of these days we intend to take the Mid Norfolk Railway between Dereham and Wymondham.
