Apart from the viewpoints, which are, of course, optional, this made a lovely place for a flatish walk. I wish we had visited in Rhododendron time, but it was very attractive anyway, and the little garden a delight.

Myself, wife and Roxy the German shepherd visited here today for the first time, massive parking area,we parked on the extensive green to exercise the dog before heading for main office and entrance, warm informative welcome by reception staff (it does make a difference) we took in the video telling the history of the park, very good,we then set off on the 2 mile circular walk through the woods and passing the house.
had a tea and cake at cafe which was very nice and reasonable, staff were really great, well worth a visit for families, dog walkers etc.

Stayed two nights B&B at 'Picaroons' Holt Road, Sheringham. Excellent room, brilliant breakfast. Easy reach of town centre & facilities. Beach easy walking approx 20 mins. Off road parking at B&B. Hosts Christine & Ian .... brilliant.

Having just arrived in Norfolk on holiday for a week, we looked for a local NT site and came across Sheringham Park.

There are several walks to be had, we decided to head for the Gazebo, which was a lot further than the guide suggested and certainly no suitable for those with mobility issues.

On the way there were towers to climb and admire the wonderful views, the Gazebo itself consisted of another much higher tower on top of a very steep hill! The effort to get up there was well worth it, panoramic views of the coast line and surrounding area. We even got to see the North Norfolk Railway engine steaming by.

Recommend a visit if you are in the area.
