We recently stayed at Chimneys for the second time, and found everything to be even better than we remembered. After a warm welcome from Jenny, we were shown to our room (the large double room overlooking the front garden) and after a long drive, the bottle of sparkling wine in our fridge was a most welcome touch. This room is well appointed, being quite large, with 2 double beds, dressing table, coffee table and 2 armchairs and a small fridge. The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean, with a good supply of tea, cofffee, hot chocolate, cookies, etc. on our tea tray. (Even some delicious home cooked cake and brownies!)

We found Jenny to be as friendly and entertaining as ever.... it was almost as though we had been there 2 weeks ago, instead of 2 years. The breakfasts were wonderful - plenty of choice and of a very high quality.

We stayed at Chimneys for 9 nights, visiting family in North Walsham, and trying to fit in as much sightseeing as possible. Chimneys is within easy walking distance of the village - one day we took the bus into Norwich, saving the hassle of finding a car park.

We are already planning our next trip to Norfolk, and will definitely be staying with Jenny again. If Australia wasn't so far away, we would visit more often !

Room Tip: Have stayed in the four poster room and the large double ... we like them both, but preferred the large double, with the small fridge, as ours was a longer stay this time, of 9 nights.

Lovely friendly welcome - the room was beautiful and spacious with everything we needed, the bed sooooo comfortable, the ensuite was far nicer than our bathroom at home. Breakfast was first class - no complaints except that we were moving on after two nights, having been in North Walsham for a family celebration. I wish we'd arranged to stay longer.

It is not often I stay at a B&B but on a family pilgrimage (my late Granny was from Norfolk) we stumbled across this gem! The place was everything I remember about my visits to Norfolk as a child, clean, fresh, great food (breakfast was 5 star quality) and the hosts were charming! In fact, I only spent a night, but plan to stay longer when I next visit Cromer/Walsham area. Was a joy to see a business run with true passion. The owners could have given half the service and it would still have beaten many nice hotels I have stayed at!!!!

Jenny and family incredibly friendly and helpful. Very sweet to our young son and sharing their beautiful b&b and garden. Terrific location for exploring the area, highly recommend Sheringham Park, loads of other National Trust days out in the area. Insanely good breakfast!

Could not fault this family friendly B&B.We are both in our 70's and this is without doubt one of the best we have ever visited.Jenny could not have more helpful and was always smiling great more people don't copy her. They even booked reservations for us at local restaurants excellent selections.
We will definitely return

Room Tip: they are all good if it's a romantic weekend try for 4 poster room.
