Arrived at Morston Quay NT car park and saw a member of staff in the Temple Seal jacket.
Was able to book at the quayside saving a visit to the local pub to book which appears to have limited car park and is a quite a walk from the quay.
Several different tour times available depend of the time and tide.
A NT car park as a small snack cabin for hot/drink drinks and snack type food and there is a parking fee if not a member of NT ( coins needed)
Lots of seal and local info given on the boat trip and the seals came up very close to the boat. Very good boat crew. And a second boat was available due to the number of passengers booked on the trip.
A few words of warning it does cold/breezy once out beyond the sheltered river so wrap up. You can get wet from the sea waves and the boat is open to the weather with no cabin or roof.
Very good visit.

Thank Nicky C

Great trip. Thoroughly recommend, particularly for the excellent commentary and repartee. A really warm atmosphere and the seals themselves did not disappoint.

We have been coming to North Norfolk for 40 years (I know I don't look old enough, but I was very young when we first came), but have never managed to get out on a seal trip. We were recommended to try Temples and I took my sons with me (ages 9 to 17) and we all had a great time. The boat trip was fun, the commentary informative and humorous, and we had fantastic views of the seals in the water and on the beach. A really cracking trip for all ages.

Wonderful trip out to see the seals, never expected to see so many and the commentator was very skilled at holding our attention. I was carefully helped into the boat and felt very safe in their capable hands (I a.m very old). There was a small cafe staffed by friendly assistants. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and hope to go back again.

We were in aww of the number of seals both on land and swimming besides the boat. Cost of £12 is well worth the visit. The tour operators said 1 of the best times to go is December which is when the seal pups are about and you get to see them in all their fluffiness. Check the times though as they have to go out in line with the tides. The trip is an hour long and you will be amazed. Views from all sides of the boat. There is the potential to get a little wet but that’s only as the boat crosses the tide and it’s only splashes, nothing serious. Trainers are good footwear and a coat especially this time of the year. Take your binoculars or cameras as plenty to see

AWESOME ! Wonderful trip for a birthday treat. Jim kind and informative. Absolutely loved our very professional sea dog guides Tide and Bella. Seals so cute especially when pop up by the boat. Feeling very wind swept and happy having lunch in the Anchor Inn afterwards. Definitely coming back to see the pups in December. Thoroughly recommend.

What an amazing trip we had! From the first call made to book it from the time we stepped off the boat. Derek was a wonderful tour guide and gave the girls so much history and knowlegde of the area and the seals.
Definitely a trip to be repeated, thank you so much.

Thank you Derek, Skipper & National trust lady for helping me on & off the boat with my VERY dodgy knee. I could not have done it without such great help. Skipper even moved the boat so, that the step onto the gang plank was less high. Derek you are bonkers! I wish I had half of your energy. Thank you for the interesting info about the seals, birds, coastline, etc. I will be back. ( Horsey seal wardens trip ).

Brilliant trip with a great commentary from Derek. Plenty of banter with customers while being reassuring. Felt very safe.
Seals were wonderful - plenty to see and we got pretty close to them too.
An added benefit was the lovely weather today. Could only have been bettered by having a cafe at the Point!
Thanks to all concerned.

Thank you so much for your review. So pleased you had a good time - and yes, we definitely miss Janet running the cafe on the point! It’s such a shame the national trust have stopped it. Hope to see you again!
