A warm welcome from Sandy who, bless her, had waited up beyond her normal checking-in time in order to greet us on our late arrival and make us a very welcome pot of tea after our long journey. We would never dream of staying anywhere else in Hunstanton as the Rosamaly is the ideal location, with delicious food, lovely clean rooms and showers, and every attention to detail. Just 5 minutes' walk to the sea and in the other direction, a few minutes' walk to Old Hunstanton with its craft centre, pub restaurant and sandy beaches.
Nothing is too much trouble for Sandy and Bob; they welcome all their guests, old and new, like family and every need is catered for. Noteworthy little special touches include the selection of cappuccinos/hot chocs/speciality teas on the landing in addition to the tea and coffee tray in each room; the fridge in the lounge where we can keep our milk, wine and anything else perishable; the vast selection of homemade jams, marmalades and chutneys and containers of fresh fruit salad and yogurt, all crammed into a tardis of a breakfast bar along with almost every type of cereal I could name! I always have trouble finding room for the copious Full English after sampling so many of the tempting contents of this breakfast bar!
We always book our following year's visit before we even leave each year, as there is no doubt for us that we will be back the next year. Every guest is special to Sandy and Bob and it is no surprise that so many guests also return year after year. The Rosamaly is a real home from home.

HUNSTANTON is the jewel of the Norfolk coast, so if you are staying in the town you'll need the gem of a guesthouse.
Look no further than the Rosamaly in Glebe Avenue, where Sandy and Bob provide first class accommodation in a friendly and welcoming environment. It feels like home.
I have stayed there on several occasions and the fact that I always return to the Rosamaly when I visit Hunstanton speaks volumes for Sandy and Bob, and the pride they take in their business. The breakfasts are excellent and the rooms are beautifully prepared.
The couple have run the Rosamaly for a while now, but their attention to detail and the way they welcome their guests is as good as it was on day one.
Hunstanton is a special place, and so is the Rosamaly.

My wife, daughter and I recently stayed at the Rosamaly guest house. I cannot speak highly enough of the welcome, service, cleanliness of rooms, quality of breakfasts ( Sandy's homemade bread and jams superb). Located near to the beach and town centre, it is ideal for all.
This was our first stay in Hunstanton, and when we return we will be staying at the Rosamaly.

We stayed at the Rosamaly on recommendation from the tourist information,we stayed here with our 3 yr. old who instantly took a shine to Bob and Sandy, the most welcoming guest house owners we have ever had the privilege to meet.
We were instantly made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble, the guest house was immaculate and everything you needed was catered for, there was even a fridge for the guests to use in the lounge and a box full of toys that our son loved!
Breakfast in my sons words was "delicious" and Bob and Sandy made his into a smiley face which he just loved! And the home made bread was yummy to. . .
Perfect location ,quiet street,we would definitely recommend a stay here and will be visiting again soon...Rob,Jo and Jacob

My wiffe, 1 year-old daughter and myself had a lovely time at Rosamaly's. Everything was clean, owners very friendly, and always ready to serve and help. They provided us with a cot bed.
Breakfast was very good, delicious home made bread and wide variety of fruit, cereals, marmalades, etc.
Location was great, next to the beach, quite street.
Room was a bit small (we were at the honeymooner), mattress not hard enough for us and no free wifi, otherwise we recomend this lovely B&B to anyone.

A FABULOUS stay yet again!!! Weather was so very kind to us, however, THE most welcoming guesthouse you could ever wish to find, was what made it fabulous!! Sandy & Bob make you feel so welcome and cared for from the moment you step over the threshold. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and have anything you need, from the fridge in the guest lounge for you to pop a bottle of your own wine into, to the homemade preserves and wonderfully fresh fruit and yogurts. Of course, if you want a full english, you'll not be disappointed! Spotlessly clean! This place is a lovely home, and you will feel like a 'special friend' who has come to visit! You'll want for nothing, so I'd say just try it for yourself! Rita

Room Tip: We had a room at the back, which we have stayed in before, quiet. Not a massive room, but contained...
