“A visit to the Muckleburgh Military Collection”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

Visited this museum for the third time in about 8 years with family, including relatives from the USA.
I was impressed with the improvements to the whole attraction - much more up to date and the cafe area was a big improvement with great little picnic/play area outside that had a fantastic view of the sea. I am not particularly keen on all things military but Muckleburgh has some excellent and displays and vehicles which the male members of the group thought were brilliant. I found focus on the Norfolk regiments and personnel very good indeed.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a worthwhile place to visit.

“Was cautious with young kids, but brilliant time had”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

After reading a few reviews from previous people, I was very unsure about visiting with 2 young boys aged 5 and 6. I shouldn't of worried, they thought the collection was amazing running around having pic taken with the armoured cars etc and reading the displays of guns etc. The childrens play area has been improved dramtically since I visited with nieces years ago. Great for the kids to have a run around. The boys even enjoyed the radio hut visit, the volunteer there was so helpful and chatty keeping the kids entertained. We will visit again when back in the area.

“Great collection”

An unexpected treasure of military history, including plenty of local focus. Don't miss this 'collection'. especially if vehicles interest you.

“Once is enough”

Went whilst we were in the area but wouldn't say it was great. Thought there would be more than what there was though it is worth going once.
