“Very comfortable, very well-equipped and an excellent centre for exploring North Norfolk”

Apple Trees is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking fields and woodland at the back. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a homely feel and very comfortable furniture and beds. All facilities are of the highest quality. It is a short walk into Holt town centre, and the bungalow serves as an excellent base for exploring North Norfolk, with Norwich also an easy journey. Key birdwatching sites are also in easy reach, including Cley, Blakeney, Kelling Heath and several others.

Ideal site for North Norfolk, coast and inland, especially birdwatching. Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet close, a short walk from the delightful town centre, with excellent and interesting shops, plus many good eating places. The premises are immaculate, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one could need. Much trouble has been taken to make it feel like a home rather than simply a 'let'. Our stay was most enjoyable, we shall be returning and thoroughly recommend Apple Trees to anyone wishing to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay in a wonderful part of England. Tip? Have a lunch at Wiveton Hall Farm Shop Cafe, especially in the asparagus and/or fruit season! Delicious meals, realistically priced. Thank you Susie for a wonderful week in your lovely place. Mike.

“Excellent!”
Reviewed May 13, 2012 for a stay in July 2010

We stayed at Apple Trees two years ago and have booked again for this year. Lovely bungalow, recently refurnished to a high standard, in a quiet cul de sac in Holt, a short walk from the town centre. The views at the back are lovely as the garden overlooks fields and the National Country Park. Great for wildlife. The bungalow is deceptively spacious and is very well equipped. Susie and Steve are very welcoming. Highly recommended.
