“Lovely B&B”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

We decided on a last minute stay overnight in Norfolk and found the Villa Farm B&B on Late Rooms. When we arrived we were not disappointed! Stephanie was very welcoming and made us feel at easy. Our room was spacious and full of everything we might need. The bed was also very comfortable. We love the touch of the breakfast card in the room with a very good selection of breakfast items. We were even happier the next morning when we had breakfast! It was amazing, the best breakfast we have had in a B&B! Stephanie was the perfect hostess and she had good local knowledge and directed us to when we needed to go. Small touches make a big difference. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would happily stay again!

We were recommended Villa Farm by friends who had stayed last year.
on our arrival we were immediately made to feel welcome by Stephanie who is a very gracious host. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the garden. The tea tray had a thoughtful selection of beverages and biscuits whilst fresh milk and bottled water were in the little fridge on the landing.
Stephanie is an superb cook and every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. As well as breakfasts we had dinner on 3 evenings - beautifully cooked meat, an extensive selection of vegetables from the garden and tasty desserts! After dinner we indulged in a stroll around the ponds.
The house is in a lovely quiet rural setting but in easy reach of llocal attractions.
This is the perfect place to wind down and be well looked after!

It is said that small extra touches make all the difference, well Villa Farm has plenty of these. We were greeted on arrival by Stephanie who was very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. Our room which was spotlessly clean ,was a good size with a nice big comfortable bed.It had all the in room facilities you could ask for,a bulging complimentary tray with lots of goodies,a nice t.v with Freeview, large armchairs to sit and read in.The bathroom was spacious and very well maintained and had all the toiletries you could require. The breakfast was superb, totally beyond expectations, served in a lovely spacious dining room.Villa Farm is in a rural location, but don't let that put you off as the location is fantastically scenic and quiet with nature all around.Could'nt ask for more!

I stayed here for 2 nights while checking out the ancestors in the local area. I have stayed at many B&B's over the years and this one is up there with the very best. Meticulous attention to detail is the hallmark of Villa Farm - Stephanie and Dudley have gone to a great deal of trouble to see that their guests have a comfortable stay - I actually stayed in the room pictured above and it was quiet and comfortable. There are even little çheat sheets' of directions to local attractions, so you can take them with you in the car and not get lost - never come across that before and it was a great help to me finding my way around. Good wifi, which none of us seem to be able to do without these days and it operated with no problems. Cannot fault this lovely b&b, thanks for a lovely stay.

Room Tip: I think any room would be good, although one appears not to have an ensuite, but a very nice big sep...

We decided to stay at Stephanie's B & B as it looked fabulous on her website - and it certainly is. Our room was superb, with a double aspect looking out onto the garden. In fact, one of the windows was close to a tree with nesting collared doves - it was delightful to witness the two chicks in their comfortable nest. Putting nature aside, Stephanie is a wonderful hostess and cooks first class food. Our breakfasts not only tasted glorious but were presented beautifully too - they set us up for the day, before going out to explore. Also, Stephanie provides a super tray of teas/coffees/hot chocolate in the room, along with bottled water and extra fresh milk which is kept in a little fridge on a table in the hallway upstairs. Villa Farm B & B is also conveniently located too, and so I would recommend that you try this wonderful place.

We were recommended this B&B by a friend.
It was virtually unfaultable. and just a couple of miles off the A1066
We are both vegetarian for health reasons, and can honestly say that Stephanie prepared for us the best vegetarian food we have ever had in any hotel or restaurant.
It was interesting, good quality, fresh, nicely presented and Nutritious. Bless her!

We live close by and after much searching online for places for family to stay when they visit we discovered Villa Farm, as having the best reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. We have visted numerous times when relatives of ours have stayed over. The owner Steph is happy to prepare meals for relatives of guests along with the guests and the food is out of this world - lovely home cooking! From the moment you arrive the atmpsphere is welcoming and their is truely a home-from-home feel to the place. Steph is a lovely lady and has always made us and our relatives welcome including our poorly 80 year old nan. Rooms are immaculate. Would highly recommend Villa Farm for bed and breakfast and evening meals.

Room Tip: The kingsize bedroom is the best as it is the quietest. The single room has a thin wall and you can...
