Rendez-voused here with some friends prior to a walk on Sunday - seemed to be the only place open on a cold January weekend, hence why we chose it! Didn't really know what to expect, but we were very impressed with the cake display and fresh out of the oven scones on arrival.

Breakfast was swiftly ordered and swiftly delivered - and what a breakfast! Huge bacon and sausage baps, the most enormous scotch egg I've ever seen (the remainder had to be popped into a handbag for consumption later) a very good sausage roll (still not quite as good as the Dozen bakery, but working towards) and a melt in the mouth fruit scone with jam and butter, so good that we agreed it may possibly even compete with a Jarrold scone!

Having never been there before, we noted with interest that the main meals and specials advertised on the blackboard sounded rather yummy, and we half regretted the fact that we already had a Sunday lunch reservation, but we shall most definitely return to sample the menu further, although I imagine that in season this place probably has a queue out the door judging by the amount of people in there in January.

Stopped off for a quick breakfast and coffee on a very cold Sunday morning prior to a local walk with some friends. At the time, we selected the place as it was the only local option open out of season, but I have to say we were jolly pleased that we had.

Very helpful staff, good coffee and an excellent and varied selection of food on offer - sausage baps, bacon rolls, (huge) scotch eggs, sausage rolls and jam&cream fruit scones - all sampled and thoroughly enjoyed.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Deepdale Cafe!

We stopped here for breakfast and were slightly skeptical as some of the reviews were not that great, I have to say that everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, the breakfast arrived really quickly and it was delicious!
Absolutely faultless.

The food is very good, always seemed to be very busy which did result in slow service on occasions. Lovely to be able to take the dog in with us as we were able to relax as she is well behaved.
We did find that some of the specials such as local seafood did sell out very quickly.

We have driven past this place loads on day trips to Norfolk and finally popped in last Sunday. Bit expensive, but worth it! Soya milk was served with no problems and a choice of gluten free cakes is a rarity! Well recommended.
