As a owner of a small house at Dyo Choria village, I am so happy that Vangelis and his family opened the Dyo Choria Restaurant this year. They have brought back life to the village. People from the nearby villages come to the restaurant to get a coffee in the morning, and from that moment on the taverna is the village's center of life all day long.

The food is very nice, and at very good prices. Vangelis likes semplicity and has a particular friendly approach that gets immediately to your heart. The variety of food is very rich and even a simple plate like chicken on the grill has that "special" taste.

The restaurant has also the great advantage to offer one of the best views of the whole island! While sitting at a table you can gaze at the blue sea dotted with various islands (Siros, Delos, Naxos, Paros, etc.). And I shouldn't forget to mention Dyo Choria itself, which is also one of the most beautiful villages of the island. The village also has very beautiful fresh water springs, from which you can freely drink water all year long. One of the springs is right by the Restaurant, and while eating there I love to get up from the table and go fill my glass at the spring! Nothing is better than the sensation of a glass of fresh water taken directly from the mountain...

Overall Dyo Choria Restaurant is a lovely place to eat for many reasons, and after you eat there once, you will want to go eating again.

Small, charming, family restaurant, with delicious food and very friendly people. The view is great, the owners smiling all the time and trying to help you although they are busy and hard working.Food is delicious, home made. Prices are very good. You must not miss it. Spend an evening there but make a reservation before because the place is small. Aubergines are great!

Great place. Nice people. Good food. The only regret of the owner was that he was too busy tonight to share a drink with us. Next time for sure.
