Eating at this restaurant while listening to the waves from the ocean hitting the shore is truly remarkable. The service is one of a kind and the food is not far behind. I doubt you'll find a friendlier setting anywhere on Tinos.

Their speciality is fish in every way and variety you can think of. You can tell that the owner has a passion for fish and fishing and if you don't believe it take a look in fish-filled open fridge. Ask some questions about the fish there and you'll be told a story making the meal even more enjoyable.

Had a selection of plates between us for our lunch here - all excellent and some surprises - with a new twist on traditional greek dishes - and the (complimentary) chocolate desserts were to die for - in fact would return just for those!!
Thought prices were reasonable for the food we had - but then we are used to Mykonos prices

I woudn't like to repeat comments from other reviewers. In a nutshell, this is probably the best chance in the island of Tinos for honest / fresh fish. We tried during our visit to the island all supposingly good restaurants and taverns. This one certainly is the best one. Having said that, it suffers from the same problem that all others do - I am referring to tavernas with fish - they are too expensive, at least for visiting Greek tourists. Compared to the mainland you get similar food quality at approximately 20% more money. At least in this one you get real fresh fish!
Restaurant owners at Tinos, have to seriously rethink their pricing.

Staff are friendly (apart from the owner), service is kinda slow. The food was good but we were expecting better based on reviews. Lobster pasta was meaty and got a lot of it... Was nice just not great.

Fresh catch of the day was a fish I can't remember but average anyway... The potatoes and vegetables it came with was good.

Thank you for your visit to our restaurant and your review.
With your help we are trying for the best every day. We are very embarrassed if an attitude of a person of the staff made you feel uncomfortable, and we would like to assure you that it will be controlled.
Fresh and local products are very important for us so our menu varies, according to that and according to the right season of each... exactly this is our passport to quality! We hope your next visit to fulfill your expectation from us up to 100%!

The fish and all seafood was done fantastic.

The owner who is big with a beard knows his food. We came to Tinos to visit the church which was very humbling as too was this small tavern 2 km out of town!
