Rooms: clean and comfy.
Staff: amazing people, you don't get the feeling of being in a hotel but in a group of very close friends.
We never had breakfast, as its served only until 9:30 and we preferred to wake up later so we could never make it.
Very affordable room rates.
lots of mosquitos in my room, it was hard to sleep.... I spent my first night trying to kill them................ also bad smell in bathroom, breakfast with old food (bread), no croissants and disgusting coffee.. and 7€ a day for air conditioned is crazy!!! staff is gentle and kind but I expected more quality......

Upon arrival all of our guests are informed that the Reception is working 24 hours ,anything they need they should please come to us to inform us!!!
We are at all times trying to solve any problem appearing ,our aim is to give solutions to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.By not telling us on the spot - we can only notice it now - but now we remain an overrated hotel which has not been given the chance to do something!
Our Coffee is Jacobs ,Filter ,Latte,Espresso,Chocolate...Original .Very sorry that you did not approve.I have to admit ,the Italians do have a fantastic Coffee, so I do understand you.
Every day our Breakfast and Dinner is served with FRESH Food (7 different Bread Types ,Croissants ,Cheese Pies,Choco Croissant,Danish Pastry,Muesli Sticks,Cretan Bread,Toast Bread ,seasonal Fruits,5 dif Jam s ,Joughourt,Honey,honey fruits,eggs,dif Cheese,diff Ham,Salami,Turkey,Sausages,Olives,Pate,Tomatoes,Cucumber,Olives,Paprika,Carrots,Eggs,Dry Fruits (4 dif),Muesli(3 dif) Cornflaces(3 dif),Apricot in Sirup,Honey,Juices,Milk and more!
Why should we wish to serve old bread to our guest ???

Mosquito ...sometimes there are Mosquitoes in some Rooms after some Guests leaving the lights open and the Door as well .Unfortunatelly it is not very nice - but telling us we are helping with special Spray ,used by our Cleaning Ladies!
We were not informed about this either!
Bathroom smell - again where ,when ,why not informing us!?
Airco cost - yes it is correct ,seven Euro a day .We are having high cost of Electricity in Greece,and we are also complaining about it !
We feel very sorry that you did not give us a chance to comfort you with all our pleasure.Our aim is to assist of making the stay of our guests pleasant !

The management
The hotel is located in a central location of Hersonissos. Authentic hotel, lovely quiet and comfortable. The owners are a lovely couple. The food is good. walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. comfortable rooms. Staff is nice and helpful
Great family run hotel, exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms really clean and towels changed regularly. The Hotel is close to the beach and all amenities Star Beach 10min walk. Would definitely recommend this place to stay
