Very nice and bright hotel, perfect to go to with kids (ours are 1.5 years old at the moment)
Good location, about half an hour beautiful walk by the sea from the city Hersonisos wich is OK tourists city with all kind of tourist attractions (bars, clubs, boat trips, car/bike rentals and such).
The stuff of the hotel were very kind and helpful, food was good (we had HB deal) with a lot of local in it.
The only thing I'd recommend to consider if you pick this hotel is the steps, the hotel is located on the mounting slope and there are steps all over the place. It's not biggy for adults and older kids, but for us it was little challenging, especially with a twins stroller. That being said - it's not a big problem.

Room Tip: If you traveling with babes ask for ground floor room :) it will save you some sweat climbing to the...

we've just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. The grounds and setting are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff, especially the bar staff are very efficient and friendly. The main restaurant with it's undercover outside dining is a delightful experience with picturesque views out to sea. The food is varied, plentiful and of a very good standard for an all inclusive hotel. Don't be misled by any negative reviews regarding the food. Our room was clean and functional with a newly refurbished bathroom. The evening entertainment could be better and the location was a little diappointing as there was nothing close by except other hotels and a small shop. A taxi ride to Hersonisos costs 8 euros. We recommend the all inclusive option as an average alcoholic drink costs 5 euros or more.( A Baileys costs 6 euros 20) Overall this was a brilliant holiday and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for 11 nights 23sept until 4oct.
First impression was amazing, reception and lobby bar were incredible with sculptures and paintings all around! Walked to our room where our luggage was delivered and was very pleased by the standard, we had an older room do the bathroom was a little dated, however spotlessly clean.
The pool areas and the bars were immaculate and there were always sunbeds available! They were however very uncomfortable.
The food at all meal times in my opinion was far better than I imagined it would be! Lots of variety and was regularly replenished so was always hot.
The location was idyllic on the beach however a little remote! It was a 45 minute walk to Hersonnisos and not one i would have liked to make in the dark due to the standard of roads! Therefore we spent over 100 euros on taxis throughout our stay!
I would definitely stay at this village again but I would avoid the dates we went! I don't know if it coincided with Israelis school holidays but the hotel was taken over in the last 5 days by Israelis!
I found every single one of them thereto be the single most rude set of people I have ever encountered! They would physically bang into you rather than wait for you to pass and then look at you as if you'd insulted their Mother! Their
Children of which there seemed to be hundreds ran around with no parental control literally screaming! This was annoying around the pool but during meal times was absolutely ridiculous!
It almost put me off wanting to return but as earlier reviews in July and august didn't mention this I'd risk it in July or August

Was there September 23 to 27, 2012, 4 nights half-board. Very nice hotel, very clean, lovely gardening. Beach not sandy but pebbly and the sea is full of stones and boulders but water very clean. Was half-board - very good food both breakfasts and dinners. Only problem, and I cannot comprehend that is that we have to pay for tea and coffee in dinner time - only water is free. Menu very rich so I think this is one drawback that should be ammended. I think you should serve free drinks in dinner.

We stayed a week with our 2 children and enjoyed ourselves despite a bad start for two reasons. One we did not go all inclusive initially as booked on a half board basis and two we had requested a quiet high up room and were given a noisy ground floor room reason being they did not have family high up rooms which at no time when we were booking were told this despite checking final request with the booking agents who said they had telephoned the hotel and confirmed a high up room?. We were shocked at how we were treated having gone half board by the staff and waitresses and felt like second class citizens and they dismissed you whilst hovering about to see if you were taking the all inclusive drinks or food. It was most upsetting especially when you just wanted to enjoy your holiday. The first day was spoiled having to move rooms and being half board so we decided to go all inclusive as it was a much better option (just not told that or given any indication before you go that it is mainly an all inclusive hotel so be warned). The room that we were changed to was on the first floor which was not a family room but big enough for the four of us and much preferred, quieter and brighter in a very good location overlooking the children's playground with a sea view it was not luxury but of a good standard and it made us a lot happier so thanks for getting this sorted. After we went all inclusive everything was much more relaxed and an instant change by the staff. The children enjoyed being able just to go and get an ice cream or drink when they wanted. it was much better value than if we had paid for them individually and we didn't even drink much. The hotel has lots of steps so not good for the elderly. It is lovely as you can walk right on to the beach, The animation staff were very good and we did join in some things. At dinner it was quite relaxed not as dressy as we were used to on other holidays but great for a hot husband who likes wearing shorts. The food was nice but not a lot of variety for children but overall no complaints on standard/taste of food supplied. The cafe down by the lower pool is a lot more relaxed for lunch but little choice. Overall it was a lovely sunny holiday and we all enjoyed ourselves. We just like to give honest realistic feedback but everybody has their own idea of what they want from a holiday. We have given an overall very good mark however the first day was a terrible experience which could have been improved by the staff attitude. So our recommendations to you is go all inclusive!
