The bee falls are named so because the water from the falls hits with a slight sting just like a bee's. There is a small waterfall on the way to Bee Falls and provides for a good resting spot. My husband and I dipped our feet in the water here and let the little black fish nibble at them for about half an hour. It was quite relaxing, just like a fish spa. We sat there until we spotted a big crab among the fish. The locals claim that crab bite is painful but an effective cure for asthma; but we did not have the heart to try that. The main waterfall is about 385 stairs below. There are many langurs on the way, and carrying food along in your hand is a very bad idea. This is an amazing attraction, you can spend up to half a day here just enjoying the waters and the natural fish spa.

You reach the falls after a bone shaking ride in gypsy, followed by long trek down the steps. Seniors beware as the steps are uneven and difficult. Small children below 6 yrs will get tired and have to be carried.
Once you reach the falls the sight is spectacular and the shower is enjoyable. But no place to change and uneven rocks make it difficult to walk. Carry some snacks and water along as no shops are there. Good for nature lovers.

A very good water fall and the water falling underneath is very clean and chilling. Once under it, the mood automatically gets refreshed. The atmosphere around is calm and serene. There are canteens available with live pakoda, maggi, tea etc. You will also find few canteens on the way too. There are facilities of changing rooms(made of plastic) for ladies. The road may take long to reach there but not more than 30 minutes. But its worthwhile.

It is high fall, but it is littered and there is no pool under the falls. Have been to smaller falls, but are better.
