Its a beautiful and calm place on the banks of river Kabini and all of my friends enjoyed it fully. The resort itself has patches of forest inside it along with colonial style bunglow, river side cottages and royal rooms. The place is squeaky clean and staff is very courteous(even though government runs it). I stayed in river facing cottages and that's definitely the best accommodation in this resort because river is at stone throw distance from your balcony and you can hear it right from your bed. They also take tourist for jungle & boat safari but since we went during rainy season we could not see any animal apart from deers. If you want to enjoy safari you should go in summers because that's the time when animals come to river and you can easily spot them.
Only thing I didn't like about this place is food, which was almost tasteless and the chicken they served us was undercooked. For the money they charge I was expecting delicious spread of delicacies so I was disappointed. Overall VERY expensive resort but if you can afford it, you should go and experience the tranquility.
