Dainkund peak is approximately 2km from motarable road n awesome place to visit.Mata Kali Temple is situated at peak/Hill top.wen v visited in February snow was available at upper level n made our visit memorable. From peak one can see scenic beauty n also go further trek.

Once your vehicle takes you there and you get down for a little trek and climb you reach the lovely view point which is covered with mountains from all side and it is very beautiful

Its an awesome trek... recently been thr and was fully covered by snow, must visit place but make sure you have proper trekking equipments specially in winters.

Did not go up to the top as it was getting late, but whatever distance we walked, it was wonderful... nice place to click pics and create memories...

It gets cold in the evenings, so carry adequate woolens...
