“Just a walk”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2013

Glorified name given to a ramshackle pathway, badly maintained and dirty. Faces south so is warmer, thats all. Forgettable. Better walks available, like to Jandri Ghat from Kwality Restaurant on Gandhi chowk.

“Garam Indeed”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 7, 2013

Initially i was just thinking the reason for its name.... When you are actually there and it is peak winters then you realise the importance of this road. With sun shining on this road you can spend quite a bit of time heating your mind and body.. It is a must walk....

“Just as the name suggests it is hotter than other roads in Dalhousie”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

People who love to walk , this is the one for you in the hills. It culminates into the more famous Subhash chowk or Subhash Baoli . The road as the name suggest is warmer than other places as it receives direct sunlight.

“walk and experience”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2012

Just another place to walk and experience and spirit of Dalhousie... the temperature at this point is slightly higher than the thandi sarak.... However you won't miss something big in case you don't visit this point.

“day vew in night”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2012

It is to be kept in mind that this road is meant only for pedestrians. Be cautious whilst wandering through
Garam Sadak at nighttime and do not forget to take a flashlight. It might be dazzling and luminous in the day,Garam Sadak is the best promenade in Dalhousie. One among the two crisscross
roads that joins the famous Gandhi and Subash chowks, this road is hot as its name suggests. Garam
Sadak receives direct sunshine and that is the reason for its warm atmosphere.
