Aladdin's serves great Middle Eastern food in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The food and ingredients are always fresh and prepared with care. The humus, baba, tabouli, pittas, all so good. The chicken vegetable soup is to die for. The service is always knowledgable and attentive. Can't go wrong in my book.

A recent addition to the restaurant business in this high rent district of this part of Akron- Ohio region. Whether or not it can get by with charging high prices that characterize many of the food stores and restaurants in the area remains to be seen. But it will have competition for charging high prices. This is not a fast food pressured sales business but the momentum is put on the employees to to advance sales by people who want to move customers through the line to buy their products. Browsing does not win any prizes here. There seems to be a regular set of clients - lunch time crowd especially - but also for dinner. Whether this place is trendy and fashionable I do not know. There is an extensive list of food items that can constitute a meal. But ask questions about food preparation and sodium content. Don't let them turn this dining experience into fast food consumption. This might be the type of place where people want to be seen spending money. If so the the nutritional value of eating meals can be in doubt. But you should visit the place and sample lunch. Soups can be tasty and worth your time to consume. I do like the connection with Lebanon. There is an authentic atmosphere for that degree. Menu had many choices broken down into categories for easier selection. Whether this place is compatible for people on a tight budget remains to be seen. I think not. Service is generally good. Value is good when you consider what they ask you to pay for small portions. I did enjoy the lentil soup. Chicken with almost anything is a good lunch for me with salad. There is something good to be said about service and food for vegetarians. Chicken and garlic sandwiches with falaffel and related dishes with humus can be tasty. Whether or not this place becomes a restaurant for TGIF folk and office gatherings remains to be seen. I believe that customer demographics might reflect the region. An interesting place to watch crowd behavior. Can be crowded. You should not be obligated to leave a tip in this place since you wait on yourself. Try spinach with so many other parts of the menu. An assortment of pies is worth your time. Healthy component to much of their food. Do not make the mistake or ordering food and then eating it in your car in the parking lot. Incentives are needed to bring people back. Coupons for discount prices of regular purchases are needed. Number of return customers determine the success of this place. Try it out and see for yourself. Sociology people need to take time to visit this place. That can be said for many chains of the same eateries.

I have been to 3 different Aladdins to eat and my favorite is the one in Fairlawn. I just like the decor and ambiance best there-but the food and service has been similar in each one. It looks like a very large menu but is broken down by categories that are easy to follow. I always get soup-especially the chicken vegetable soup. But everything is fresh and tasty. The hummus is so fresh-get it as an appetizer or accompaniment. The dessert display is phenomenal but I've always been to full to enjoy one. The servings aren't huge-I'd say appropriately sized for each person. These are not really items that are large enough to share. The prices are really good-I was there with friends this wk and each person averaged a bill at $10-12 (without tax or tip). Beverages include beer but I like the tea selection.

Aladdin's is a local chain of Lebanese eateries. Their food is consistent, thoughtful, healthy, and delicious. I always order the lentil soup, so good. I'd recommend anything off their menu. Also, enjoy a fruit smoothie! We try to go here every other month.
