This motel was chosen for its proximity to Jungle Jim's grocery store. It was a good choice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our bathroom had no tub but the shower was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

No problems during our stay. Stayed two nights. Comfortable lobby area with seating easily arranged to sit with family. However, it could be chilly if the weather was cold with the doors opening right into the seating/breakfast area. We loved the comfort of the beds. Pool area was clean but the water could have been warmer for the children. Be careful what you say in the bathroom--the sound travels clearly through the vent system.
My husband and I were both impressed with the staff and service at this hotel. When we stayed, the hotel was being renovated. Staff was friendly, breakfasts were delicious. My only thing, and my husband disagrees (LOL), was the updated decor. I am a more traditional when it comes to that while my husband really liked the more contemporary look and all the lighting (LED, indirect lighting, etc). But, it was fine---the beds were very comfortable and the location was great! Will stay again!

I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and the gentleman knew who I was right when I entered the door. Very friendly check in process and he provided me with all the details of the hotel before I went off to my room to settle in. The hotel is modern, very clean and had good amenities. The room was comfortable, updated and had everything I would need for my stay. The next morning I went downstairs for breakfast which included hot breakfast options; so nice to have as an alternative versus running around seeking out breakfast from a local restaurant. The hotel also has a pool area, but I did not use. I stayed two nights and noticed that this hotel has some hotel "neighbors" that are a little shady, but it didn't bother me since it didn't affect my stay or comfort. I did have a car so parking was easy during my stay and the location is central to the freeway. I did rent the conference room at the hotel for a small business meeting. They were very accommodating with the affordable conference room rental which included tables, chairs, TV to connect a laptop for presentations (but they don't have a cord) coffee and wifi! Each encounter I had with a staff member was warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and will return if back in the area.

Beds were comfy and clean. TV is a good size.
Continental breakfast is good only thing is it starts at 630 wish it started about 6 as when I'm on business I usually start at 7 am and need travel time.
Staff was all really nice.

I have stayed here for a number of years with my middle school teen travel group in the summer. The staff are very accommodating, rooms are wonderful, a nice pool and a recently renovated breakfast area. I really appreciate having a guest laundry, too! Convenient to Kings Island Amusement Park and anything in southern Ohio.
